He studied law at Universidad Catolica Argentina (UCA) in Buenos Aires. He worked as the Communication Manager and Legal Advisor for Mercedes-Benz Argentina y Director General de and then was appointed Chief of the advisors’ department for the national Ministry of Justice. Before founding Identia in 2004 he started his own PR and Communications firm and then was named Director of the United Nations’ Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) responsible for the Public Information Office with headquarters in Vienna, Austria.
He collaborates in strategy, communication, talent management and leadership in various companies, institutions and NGOs.
Specializes in corporate identity, strategy development and marketing communications. Before founding Identia in 2004, Dominique worked as Communications Manager for the health companies of the Exxel Group. She was President of Marianne Argentina, an Argentine-French network of women sponsored by the French Embassy. Since 2019 she is a member of the board of RAP, the pluralistic non-partisan civil association that since 2003 has been seeking to promote the creation of Civic Friendship among politicians from different political parties, regions and levels of responsibility.
He has over 20 years of institutional communication and crisis management experience. Since 2011 he has been a partner at Identia PR, where he works on the development of plans for strategic communication, crisis and damage control, issue management, opposition research, public relations and media relations. He has implemented plans for companies and organizations in Argentina and abroad in corporate and industrial sectors such as maritime, ports, mining, oil & gas, IT. Santiago has a degree in Political Science and a master’s in business administration at IAE Business School.

Hernán has a degree in Social Communications (University of Buenos Aires) Ciencia Política y Comunicación Social and was a professor at the Political Science and Social Communication departments at that University. He has a special title in conflict management and resolution (Nauman Foundation; Germany, 2009). Former parliamentary adviser in the Argentine Congress, he was Press Chief at Political Party (2007-2009). Former journalist in politics, international politics and economics. Specialized in crisis and conflict communication, today he is in charge of the Public Affairs area at Identia.

She has over 20 years of experience in the design and implementation of corporate communication strategies in business, mass consumption, health, telecommunications and technology. During 10 years Agustina was in charge of Interamerican Marketing Solutions an IT and business specialized agency with presence in Argentina and Uruguay.
At Identia, she is responsible for the Communications and Public Relations team.
